Our Custom-Mixed Paint Products
We provide professional-grade coatings tailored to your application method. Whether you are using a professional spray booth or need a convenient touch-up solution, we have the right chemistry for the job.
Choose Your Finish:
Basecoat (Professional Two-Stage)
The Industry Standard: A high-pigment layer designed for maximum color accuracy.
Finish: This is a “matte” color layer that requires a clear coat afterward to provide the final gloss and UV protection. A 2K clearcoat is recommended for most external automotive applications.
Available in Waterborne and Solvent.
Polyurethane (High-Performance Single Stage)
Maximum Durability & Gloss: An all-in-one coating that provides a rock-hard, high-gloss finish without needing a separate clear coat.
Aerosol Note: When purchased in an aerosol can, we pre-mix the paint with a professional hardener. Because it is chemically activated, it is only shelf-stable for 48 hours and must be used within two days.
Spray Gun Note: For bulk sales (pints, quarts, gallons), the paint and hardener are provided separately. These must be mixed by the customer on-site immediately before spraying.
Air-Dry Enamel (Single Stage)
Simple & Shelf-Stable: A convenient, all-in-one paint that is easy to apply and store long-term.
Availability: This option is only available in aerosols. While it offers moderate gloss and durability compared to polyurethane, it is a great choice for utility projects and quick fixes.
Instructions for the Perfect Color Match
To ensure your custom mix is seamless, we utilize spectrophotometer technology to read your paint’s “DNA.” For the best results, please provide:
The Factory Paint Code: This identifies the specific tints and metallics used by the manufacturer.
A Physical Sample: Please bring in a clean, flat sample at least 3×3 inches.
Pro Tip: Fuel filler caps are the perfect samples to bring down—they are easy to remove and provide the flat surface our sensors need for an accurate reading.
